For the first time, chef Santi Taura, who in 2020 was awarded a Michelin star and two Repsol Suns at DINS Santi Taura restaurant, opens the doors to Restaurant U Vicenç, in the north of the island. Diners can enjoy dishes that relate the history of our islands, although in this setting the ingredients are open to influences from far and wide to create gastronomic proposals with a special difference.
